Who we are
This policy explains how Gobai Tech, based in Viçosa, MG, Brazil ("Gobai Tech", "we"), handles the personal data of visitors to this website and users of its forms, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD"). Gobai Tech is the controller of this data.
Data we collect
Contact form: name, company or institution, email, phone, product of interest, preferred language, how you heard about us and your message. Waitlist: name, email and profile. Along with each submission we also record the page and language it came from and, if present, the campaign (UTM) parameters of the link you followed. With your consent, we collect browsing data through analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
How we use it
To reply to your message, schedule demos, send proposals, keep you informed about the beta and launches of products you chose to follow, and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), given when you tick the form checkbox or accept optional cookies, and, where a negotiation takes place, for pre-contractual steps (art. 7, V).
Who we share it with
Form submissions are stored in Google services (Google Sheets and Gmail). If you accept analytics cookies, browsing data is processed by Google Analytics. These providers may store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards set out in the LGPD. The site is served by a hosting provider that logs technical access data (such as IP address) for security.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
At any time you may: confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymization, blocking or deletion, request portability, learn who it was shared with, and withdraw consent. To do so, contact us through the channel below. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as restricted access to the spreadsheets and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site.
